- Fascial, Visceral & Joint Alignment Therapy
This is a gentle, manual therapy aimed at resolving tightness in the fascia- the connective tissue surrounding muscles, nerves, and organs.
It also includes attention to the viscera (organs) to get them back to their normal mobility and function.
When the fascia or organs become restricted from stress, injury, or poor posture, pain or some dysfunction may follow.
Joint Alignment is a manual therapy that corrects misalignments of the joints of the body, especially the spine, hips, shoulders, and knees.
Misalignment of the joints can cause pain, stiffening, and postural imbalances.
This type of technique uses hands-on manipulation to gently realign the joints to their natural position at their natural location.
We evaluate your posture, movement and symptoms in order to address the cause.
Gentle hands-on techniques are used to relieve tension and realign the body.
Pain lessens, mobility they gain and then your body starts to heal on its own.
Feel better, move freely, and restore your body’s natural balance.
